I dont feel that the staff was very knowledgable of the surroundings. In addition, I was given directions for the parking that were not very good. It took me 4 times around the streets to find it. The front desk didnt give me the address. Just a description.

Needs renovation but functional.Very good location for shops restaurants etc.

Hotel closed as I left for 8 months No breakfast provided/Needs to improve on service when it opens.

The location in Rue to Clichy in the 9th Arrondissent is excellent.

THe hotel rates itself as 3 star. There is no accredition posted at the front of the hotel as is the case with most hotels in Paris. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels in Paris over the years and this hotel is not of that standard. The breakfasts were very inadequate but worst was the hand held shower which required a guest kneel in the bathtub to shower. I am 66 years of age and that does not come easy.

Staff was really good. There should better computer at the reception, and free hotel wi-fi.

I think, the price of the hotel is 20% higher than similar ones same zone. But the room looks not matching price. Usually such a price should have a fridge , for example. I think, everything is according 2. Stars.

Room on the street was noisy but we got used to it and it is a consequnece of location. Parking the car was quite stressful. The directions from the desk to the car park which was only 20 m away could have been better to reduce the stress. I hate paying for wifi. Free wifi would make me feel much better about the hotel

The staff was Wonderful. The location great! The cost, very reasonable. The room was big for Paris, very comfortable for my needs. I would go back.

There was water dripping in to a bucket from the ceiling in the reception room. Reception was slow and inefficient. It appears to still operate on a paper system. There was no help with baggage. I had to climb a spiral staircase and enter a dark corridor. The staircase was filthy and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. The room was badly laid out with very old worn out decor. There was a "cupboard" which looked like it had been converted from an old bathroom. It had an object covered in a plastic bag and I dared not look to see what it was, but it could have been an old toilet. The room was too hot and when the windows were opened it was too noisy. Had no sleep.

It's location was average but thats about it. Not worth the money. Should definately not be a 3 star.

The room where atrocious for the price. While there the bathroom sink kept leaking. The rooms where old and facilities outdated. Beds seemed like they were 50 years old and looked like a half pipe. No heating for "this time of year" even though it was freezing. They gave us an extra blanket instead. Saw two people who had been booked there for business turn away after they saw the room and went to find another hotel. Spare yourself and stay somewhere else!!

nothing, naught....except the receptionist, very nice!

too expensive for what it offers, Small rooms, noisy, dirty walls,tiny bathroom ,an elevator that does not fit two people,dusty furniture ...horrible,not coming back..NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Well located near Pigalle and Mont Martre-Sacre Cóeur

Not well maintained hotel.

The hotel was perfect. 30 minutes walk to main attractions. Very close to metro which is easy to get around. Hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel exceeded my expectations.

Wir haben diesen Hotelaufenthalt einem jungen Päärchen geschenkt. Sie waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist allen Wünschen nachgekommen. Kommunikation per E-Mail hat wunderbar geklappt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

оооочень дорого за этот старый, не очень чистый отель. номер уровня 1-2 звезды. состояние напоминает мотели в америке, которые держат индусы, или забытые финские гостиницы на севере 20 летней давности. стоимость дожна быть евро 50 за номер. только близость площади пигаль - и есть, вероятно, основание для такой цены. не рекомендую. как у бабушки комнатку сняли. кровати - жуть. ковровое покрытие - столетне давности. стены неровные. цвет обоев - жуткий. любителям старины - конечно сюда. много античной мебели. но общее состояние - ниже плинтуса. кондиционера - нет. я не понял, за что 140 евро за ночь, да еще и жалюзи не поднимались в одном окне. только общее впечатление от парижа смогло сгладить негатив
